Mini Pastry Cream Cups Made with M&M’s® Red and Green Chocolate Candies

Ingredients
- ¼ cup M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate Candies
- ⅓ cup DOVE® Milk Chocolate, melted
- 2 each egg yolks
- 1½ cups whole milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2½ T cornstarch pinch of salt
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 1 box mini phyllo shells, baked

Direction
- In a saucepan, combine egg yolks, milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla.
- Over medium-low heat, constantly whisk mixture until it becomes thick. Remove from heat. Fold in melted DOVE® Milk Chocolate.
- Set saucepan into an ice water bath.
- When cream is cooled, portion into prepared phyllo cups. Sprinkle with M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate Candies and serve.
