Caramel Maple Bacon Breakfast Muffins Made with M&M’s® Caramel Chocolate Candies

  • ½ cup M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies, chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 T sugar 2 t baking powder
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 each egg
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup maple bacon, cooked, crumbled


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin pan with baking spray and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk and butter. Add wet mixture to dry mixture until a batter just forms.
  3. Gently fold M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies into batter to ensure candies are evenly dispersed.
  4. Divide batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until tops get golden brown. Remove from oven.
  5. Glaze tops with maple syrup and top with the bacon. Serve.
