Chocolate Bread Pudding Made with M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate Candies and DOVE® Dark Chocolate

¾ cup M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate
Candies, to be chopped
¼ cup DOVE® Dark Chocolate, chopped
1 lb Italian bread, no seeds, day old, cubed
3 cups whole milk
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
¼ cup cocoa powder
6 each eggs, beaten
1 T vanilla extract
1½ t ground cinnamon
¼ cup chocolate sauce
¼ cup whipped cream


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9x13 pan with baking spray and layer with the cubed bread; Set aside.
  2. Rough chop M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate Candies and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine milk and cream. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder.
  4. Incorporate sugar mixture into to the milk mixture. Add eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
  5. Gently add DOVE® Milk Chocolate to mixture and stir. Pour over bread and let the moisture absorb into the bread for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and remove from oven. Top with chocolate sauce, chopped M&M’S® Red and Green Chocolate Candies and whipped cream. Portion and serve.
