Cookie Butter

  • 1 cup SNICKERS® Bars, Chopped
  • (18) 1 oz. pieces of Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, Raw
  • 1 ½ cups of Confectioner's Sugar
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil

Brownie Cookies

  • 2 lb, DOVE® Dark Chocolate, Chopped
  • ¾ stick of unsalted butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 ¾ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt
  • 5 oz all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder

Cookie Butter–Stuffed Cookies Made with SNICKERS® and DOVE®

Two DOVE® Dark Chocolate brownie cookies with indulgent cookie butter filling, packed with crushed chunks of SNICKERS® Bar with roasted peanuts, nougat, caramel and chocolate.


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place all 18 portions of peanut butter cookie dough on baking sheets; bake for 16 to 19 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
  3. To prepare cookie butter: Place baked cookies in food processor fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until finely ground. Add powdered sugar; pulse to blend. Slowly add oil, as needed, until cookie butter has creamy peanut butter–like texture; transfer to bowl.
  4. Add ½ cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars to above mixture and stir until blended.
  5. For brownie cookies: Melt butter and DOVE® chocolate over water bath until just melted.
  6. In separate bowl, cream eggs and sugar.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and melted butter/chocolate mixture. Mix until a dough ball is formed. Do not over mix.
  8. To assemble cookie butter-stuffed sandwiches: Spread a portion of chunky SNICKERS® Bar cookie butter on flat sides of half the brownie cookies; place remaining cookies on top and press closed.
  9. Press remaining SNICKERS® pieces around outer edge of filling on each cookie.
