Ingredients

  • 1 qt BEN’S ORIGINAL™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS™ Arborio Rice
  • 4 qt  Half & Half
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 12 oz-wt DOVE® Dark Chocolate, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • As needed Flake Sea Salt
  • 2 cup Unsweetened Whipped Cream (optional)

Dark Chocolate Risotto

Makes: 24 Servings

Direction

  1. Over a double boiler, melt chocolate.
  2. In a large sauce pot, combine rice, half & half and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until grains are tender and risotto is creamy. Fold in melted chocolate.
  3. Portion ½ cup of chocolate risotto into desired vessel. Garnish with (1 Tbsp of whipped cream if desired) shaved dark chocolate and sea salt.
