Jalapeño Jack Quinoa Slider

Makes: 4 Servings


  • 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS™ Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley, prepared
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 each garlic clove, minced
  • 2 each eggs
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 2 slices Pepper Jack cheese, halved
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese, halved
  • ¼ cup crispy fried onions
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 each brioche slider buns, toasted


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine UNCLE BEN’S™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS™ Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, eggs, hummus, onions, Parmesan cheese and salt. Divide mixture and form into four patties.
  2. Add butter to skillet and place over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook on each side for approximately 6 minutes or until done and internal temperature is at least 165°F. In the last minute, add both Jack cheeses on top of each patty.
  3. Place each burger on toasted brioche buns, top with fried onions and barbecue sauce and serve.
