Strawberry Cheesecake Bars Made with M&M’s® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies

INGREDIENTS
½ cup M&M’S
®
Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies
2 cups cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 t vanilla extract
2 each eggs
¼ cup strawberry sauce
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Crust
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 T confectioners sugar
3 T butter, melted
pinch of salt

DIRECTION
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 pan with baking spray and set aside.
Rough-chop the M&M’S
®
Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies. Set aside. Combine all crust ingredients and press into bottom of pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Pour filling on top of crust. Place the pan into a water bath and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool.
Top with chopped M&M’S
®
Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies and drizzle with strawberry sauce. Garnish with sliced strawberries, portion and serve.
