Strawberry Cheesecake Bars Made with M&M’s® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 each eggs
  • ¼ cup strawberry sauce
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Crust

  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 T confectioners sugar
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • pinch of salt

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 pan with baking spray and set aside.
  2. Rough-chop the M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies. Set aside. Combine all crust ingredients and press into bottom of pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Pour filling on top of crust. Place the pan into a water bath and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Top with chopped M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies and drizzle with strawberry sauce. Garnish with sliced strawberries, portion and serve.
