Stuffed Molten Caramel Brownie Made with M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies and Dove® Milk Chocolate

  • 1 cup M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies, chopped
  • 4 oz. DOVE® Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 ¼ confectioners sugar
  • 2 each eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray custard cup pan with baking spray and set aside.
  2. Add DOVE® Milk Chocolate and butter into microwave safe bowl and melt completely.
  3. Slowly stir in powdered sugar. Add eggs, egg yolks and vanilla extract and combine. Lastly, mix in flour.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 custard cups and place onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until sides are firm. Let brownies cool for 5 minutes and serve.
  6. Garnish with crushed M&M’S® and chocolate sauce.
