Turkey and Quinoa Slider

Makes: 4 Servings


  • ¾ cup UNCLE BEN’S® Roasted Red Pepper Flavored Brown Rice & Quinoa, prepared
  • ½ pounds ground turkey
  • ½ cup romaine lettuce, chopped 4 each tomato slices
  • ¼ cup pickled red onions, slices
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 4 each potato slider buns, split

Garlic Aioli

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine aioli ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Combine ground turkey, Roasted Red Pepper Flavored Brown Rice & Quinoa, salt and pepper. Divide mixture and form into four patties.
  3. Add oil to skillet and place over medium heat. Add burgers and cook on each side for approximately 6 minutes or until done and internal temperature is at least 165°F.
  4. On each slider bun side, spread Garlic Aioli. Place burger on the bun with lettuce, tomato and pickled red onion. Serve.
