Ingredients
- 5 churro Mexican pastry dough strips, 5-inch, frozen, deep fried, warm
- Cinammon sugar, as needed
- 2 (#16) scoops ice cream, vanilla
- 1/4 cup TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar, chopped
- 2 tbsp. caramel sauce, commercially prepared

Mexican churros sundae features a trio of golden crispy flash-fried pastry strips tossed in cinnamon and sugar topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream, buttery hot caramel sauce and crushed chunks of chopped TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar.
Direction
- Toss churro strips in cinnamon sugar; arrange in shallow bowl.
- Top churros with 2 scoops ice cream.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar over ice cream.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons caramel sauce over sundae.
