Bibimbap Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 ⅔ cup Ben's Original Whole Grain Brown Rice, prepared
- ⅓ cup Red Quinoa, prepared
- 1 cup Sauteed Carrot, shredded
- 1 cup Sauteed Shiitake
- 1 cup Marinated Soy Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup Marinated Spinach
- 1 cup Marinated Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Cooked Bulgogi
- 4 ea Egg, fried
- 2 fl oz Gochujang Sauce
Bibimbap Bowl
Makes: 4 servings
Direction
ASSEMBLY:
1. Mix brown rice and quinoa together in a mixing bowl. Divide equally among 4 serving vessels. Divide the following ingredients equally and top with Bulgogi, vegetables and egg.
2. Serve sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
