Caramel Banana Sundae

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars, crushed, 1/2", frozen
  • 1/2 Banana, fresh, peeled, medium chunks
  • 1 #10 scoop Ice cream, vanilla
  • 1 large dollop Whipped cream
  • 1 Maraschino cherry, with stem
  • 1 TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar

Caramel Banana Sundae

Makes: 1 serving

The classic banana split updated for the new generation! Layer upon layer of gooey caramel, crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars, fresh bananas, and vanilla ice cream are topped with whipped cream, a cherry, and more crumbles of TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.

Direction

  1. Pour 2 tbsp. caramel sauce into bottom of large, chilled sundae glass.
  2. Add 1/4 cup layer of crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.
  3. Add bananas.
  4. Add ice cream.
  5. Pour remaining 1 tbsp. caramel sauce over ice cream.
  6. Cover with spiral dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Top with remaining 1 tbsp. crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.
  8. Top center of sundae with cherry.
  9. Place whole TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar in side of sundae.
  10. Serve immediately.
