Caramel Banana Sundae
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars, crushed, 1/2", frozen
- 1/2 Banana, fresh, peeled, medium chunks
- 1 #10 scoop Ice cream, vanilla
- 1 large dollop Whipped cream
- 1 Maraschino cherry, with stem
- 1 TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar
Caramel Banana Sundae
Makes: 1 serving
The classic banana split updated for the new generation! Layer upon layer of gooey caramel, crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars, fresh bananas, and vanilla ice cream are topped with whipped cream, a cherry, and more crumbles of TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.
Direction
- Pour 2 tbsp. caramel sauce into bottom of large, chilled sundae glass.
- Add 1/4 cup layer of crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.
- Add bananas.
- Add ice cream.
- Pour remaining 1 tbsp. caramel sauce over ice cream.
- Cover with spiral dollop of whipped cream.
- Top with remaining 1 tbsp. crushed TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars.
- Top center of sundae with cherry.
- Place whole TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar in side of sundae.
- Serve immediately.
