- ¾ c baby spinach, long stems trimmed
- 1½ c broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- ¾ c sprouts
Plating:
- 36 oz roasted chicken breast, prepared, thinly-sliced
- 6 T pepitas, roasted and salted
- 1½ c jicama, julienned
