  • 1 cup BEN’S ORIGINAL™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS® Arborio Rice, cooked
  • 1/8 cup Pine Nut Pesto, prepared
  • 1/4 cup Tomato, cored 1/4" dice
  • 1 Tbsp Red Onion, peeled 1/4" dice
  • 1/8 cup Corn
  • 3 each Ciliegine Mozzarella
  • 1 Tbsp Basil, chiffonade
