Warm and Wicked Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 3½ cups Milk, whole
- 2 Bread, Italian, 1-lb. loaves, torn into medium-large pieces
- 1 #16 scoop Ice cream, vanilla
- 1 oz. Caramel sauce
- 1 oz. Chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp. (garnish) SNICKERS® Bar, crushed, ½", frozen
- 1 qt. Heavy cream
- 1 cup Sugar, granulated
- 1 cup (packed) Sugar, light brown
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla extract, pure
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
- 12 Eggs, whole, raw, cracked
- 6 cups SNICKERS® Bar, crushed, ½", frozen
Warm and Wicked Bread Pudding
Makes: 24 servings
Try this piping-hot, delectable chocolate bread pudding enveloped with layers of melting SNICKERS® Bar, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzles of caramel and chocolate sauce, and crushed SNICKERS® Bar.
Direction
- Combine milk, cream, sugars, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs in large stainless steel bowl. Mix well.
- Gently fold in crushed SNICKERS® Bar and bread.
- Evenly grease 2" regular hotel pan with pan spray.
- Evenly pour mixture into pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F convection oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to rest 15 minutes.
- Slice bread pudding into 24 equal squares.
- To serve: Place slice of warm bread pudding in center of large plate. Top with ice cream. Drizzle entire dessert and plate with both sauces and sprinkle with remaining crushed SNICKERS® Bar.

- This recipe can be made in advance, refrigerated, and then microwaved to order.
